¶ Bot Rules
Dank Memer has a set of rules everyone is required to follow if they want to use the bot. This helps users have a good experience and keeps the game fair for everyone. If someone breaks a bot rule, users can receive a ban ranging from a few days to being permanently barred from the bot.
The full list of rules is posted on the Dank Memer website, and it's a good idea to read them through to make sure you don't accidentally break one.
There have also been a few detailed blogs about the rules posted by the bot admin Kable, which explain in more detail what each rule means.
- Rules Exist was written before the latest rule update, so it has incorrect information about alt usage, and it is missing information about Rule 9 and 10. All other information is accurate and useful.
- Report Redux is the most recent post on the rules.
If you are unsure of the rules or have any questions, give the blogs a read. If you believe a person or a server is breaking bot rules, you can report them with the /report command.
