¶ Friends
The /friends system is a way you can play Dank Memer with friends and help each other. Every user whose Discord account is at least 3 months old has the ability to add up to 10 people (20 if premium) as a friend, and once you've added them, you can share items, coins, and pets with each other for fun. This can be useful if you want to help your friends collect something or send them gifts, but make sure to only add people you are actually friends with.
Adding people simply for a one-time transaction, whether it is a trade, a gift, or a loan, is against bot rules.
¶ Adding/Removing Friends
You can add friends with the /friends add command. Both users must have a Discord account that is at least 3 months old, and each user needs to have an available friend slot in order to add each other. Friend slots are unlocked at specific levels.
You can remove a friend you no longer play with by using the /friends remove command.
Keep in mind:
- Adding someone to trade and then removing them is NOT allowed.
- After removing a friend, you have to wait one day before adding a new one.
¶ Friend Slots
In order to add a friend, you and the friend need an open friend slot. You can unlock new friend slots by leveling up on the bot.

Exception: Regular users who have prestige or Omega will instantly have all 10 slots open, or 20 slots if the user is a premium subscriber.
Choose your friends wisely!
¶ Share Coins
You can send coins to your friends with no tax or limits with the /friends share coins command. Dank Memer is your friend by default, so make sure to check you are sharing with the correct person before sending, as many users have sent to Dank Memer by mistake.
¶ Share Items
You can also share items with your friends with the /friends share items command.
¶ Share Pets
You can even share pets with your friends with the /friends share pet command. If you have more than 25 pets, you'll have to type part of the pet's name (not species) in order to find the pet you want to share.
Keep in mind, it is NOT allowed to buy, sell, or gift pets to people. Only actual friends can be added to share things with, and anyone found adding and removing people for a transaction could be punished.
